While there's still no official telco launch date for the U11, HTC fans who snap up the device now can expect to receive their handsets sometime in June. As we've previously reported, the U11 will set you back a cool $999.00, but HTC is throwing in free shipping with all pre-orders.
Australian buyers can select from either the black or silver colour variants, although we've found 'silver' to have a distinctly blueish hue. The U11 is available with 64GB of memory, but includes a microSD card slot for up to 2TB of extra storage.
We've been testing out the U11 in the WhistleOut offices this week, and our full review of the HTC flagship will be up shortly. There's plenty to love, but so far we've been impressed with the handset's camera capabilities, particularly in low light - here's a few preview shots of what to expect from the U11:
