Fitness headphone manufacturer Jaybird is getting into the wire-free headphone game with a pair of buds simply called Run.
Run is made up two independent buds, that both pair up with your smartphone. Controls on either side let you take phone calls, pause and play music, skip tracks, and summon your phone's virtual assistant.
As the name might suggest, Run has been designed with fitness and exercise in mind. The company says the buds were designed explicitly for runners, and as such, are water and sweat resistant. There's a number of interchangeable tips and wings in the box, to ensure a comfortable fit and prevent them from falling out when you're on the move.
In terms of battery life, Jaybird says Run will last for four hours per charge, and the included charging case will give you two extra recharges. A five-minute top up gives you an extra hour of playback time.
Jaybird Run will go on sale for $249 from September 25
